- Join — sign up and pay the one-time ₹1,000 fee (use a friend's referral link if you have one).
- Get approved — admin verifies your payment and activates your membership.
- Open your panel — tasks, wallet, referrals, chits and earnings all live in the member panel.
- Do daily tasks — open a task, complete it, upload the screenshot proof within the 24-hour window.
- Admin review — approved submissions credit your wallet instantly; rejected ones show a clear reason.
- Refer & earn — share your link; ₹200 per approved referral, plus rewards at every 5 active referrals.
- Withdraw — request a withdrawal from the wallet; admin approves and pays via UPI or bank.
Task Rules (Important)
- Each task is live for 24 hours from the time admin posts it.
- After 24 hours the task locks and moves to Expired — no late submissions.
- Proof must be a clear, genuine screenshot of your own activity.
- Duplicate, edited, borrowed or fake proofs are rejected and may lead to suspension.
- Timings shown in the app follow Indian Standard Time (IST).
Wallet & Withdrawal Conditions
- All approved earnings credit instantly to your in-app wallet.
- Minimum balance of ₹100 must remain in the wallet.
- Withdrawals are reviewed by admin and paid to your registered UPI / bank account.
- Payment details must match your own identity — third-party accounts are not paid.

＋What is Workers Den?
Workers Den is an online co-working platform. You pay a one-time joining fee of ₹1,000 and get lifetime access to multiple income streams: performance bonus, daily WhatsApp/ad tasks, referral income, rewards & gifts, your own online business listing, a CHITS savings plan and loan benefit.
＋How much is the joining fee and is it recurring?
₹1,000 one time. There is no monthly or renewal charge and no hidden fees. Access is lifetime.
＋What is the Assured Income Offer?
If you remain an active member, follow the task rules and still earn no income within 6 months of joining, your joining fee is refunded. 'Active' means completing the tasks assigned to you and not violating the Terms.
＋How does Performance Bonus work?
Every time a new member is approved, a ₹200 performance pool is shared equally among all existing active members. You earn even on days you do not work.
＋How does Task Income work?
Admin publishes daily tasks (ad views, sharing, status uploads). You earn ₹10 per approved ad task plus up to 25% commission on eligible tasks. Each task must be submitted with genuine proof within 24 hours of it being posted, after which it locks and moves to Expired.
＋How does Referral Income work?
Share your referral link from the member panel or the Refer button in the bottom bar. When someone joins using your link and their payment is approved, ₹200 is credited to your wallet. Referral rewards are lifetime and there is no cap on how many people you invite.
＋What are Rewards & Gifts?
An extra ₹10 reward is credited after every 5 active referrals, along with periodic festival and milestone gifts announced by admin.
＋What is the Chits Savings Plan?
A community savings plan: contribute ₹1,000 per month for 12 months and receive a ₹15,000 return as per plan rules. Each member gets a lucky number used in monthly draws. Missing contributions makes you a defaulter and can affect your slot and benefits.
＋What is the Loan Benefit?
Members can request an interest-free loan of up to 30% of their referral-based standing, subject to admin approval and repayment terms.
＋How do withdrawals work?
Approved earnings credit instantly to your in-app wallet. You can withdraw anytime keeping a ₹100 minimum balance. Admin reviews the request and pays via UPI or bank transfer, and the amount is deducted from your wallet on payout.
＋Why was my task rejected?
Common reasons: unclear or cropped screenshot, proof from a different task, duplicate submission, or the task window already expired. Rejections always show a reason and you can attempt the next available task.
＋Can my account be suspended?
Yes. Fake proofs, multiple accounts, self-referrals, bots or abusive behaviour lead to suspension. Suspended accounts cannot log in and fraudulently obtained balances may be forfeited.
＋Is income guaranteed?
No fixed daily or monthly income is guaranteed. Earnings depend on the tasks you complete, referrals you make and admin approval. The only assurance is the 6-month refund offer stated above.
