Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Joining Fee

The one-time joining fee unlocks lifetime access and digital benefits. Because access is granted immediately, the joining fee is generally non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Duplicate payment for the same account.
• Payment success but account not activated within 48 hours due to our error.
• Service is permanently discontinued by us before any benefit is delivered.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email info@workersden.com with your registered mobile, transaction ID and reason. We review within 7 business days; approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

4. CHITS & Task Earnings

Earnings already credited to the wallet are not refundable as monetary deposits — they follow the withdrawal flow described in the Terms.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will lead to immediate account suspension until the dispute is resolved.
