Workers Den Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Workers Den. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and an Indian resident with a valid mobile number.

Workers Den offers lifetime access for a one-time joining fee. This fee is non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

Each task has a fixed payout set by admin.
Submissions must include genuine proof (screenshot, link).
Admin may approve or reject submissions at sole discretion.
Fraudulent, duplicate or fake submissions will be rejected and may lead to account suspension and wallet forfeiture.

Approved earnings credit instantly to your in-app wallet.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed by admin; once approved, the amount is deducted from your wallet and paid via UPI / bank.
Minimum withdrawal, processing time and fees (if any) are shown in the wallet page.

Participation in CHITS requires timely monthly contributions. Defaulters may lose their slot and forfeit related benefits per program rules.

Referral rewards are credited only when invited members complete payment and become active. Self-referrals or multi-account abuse are prohibited.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Wallet balances obtained via fraud may be forfeited.

Earnings depend on the tasks you complete and admin approval. We do not guarantee any fixed daily, monthly or total income.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workers Den is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
