Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Workers Den, an online co-working platform. By creating an account, paying the joining fee or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. A plain-language explanation of the concept is available on our How It Works page.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and an Indian resident with a valid mobile number.
• One account per person. Duplicate accounts will be suspended without refund.
• Registration details (name, mobile, payment details) must be true and your own.

2. Membership Fee & Lifetime Access

• Joining fee is a one-time ₹1,000 payment granting lifetime access. There is no monthly fee, renewal fee or hidden charge.
• Membership activates only after admin verifies and approves your payment.
• The fee is non-refundable except under the Assured Income Offer in Clause 3 and our Refund Policy.

3. Assured Income Offer (6-Month Refund Condition)

If a member earns no income at all within 6 months of activation, the ₹1,000 joining fee is refunded, subject to all of the following:

• The account remained active and was never suspended or terminated.
• The member attempted the tasks assigned to them within each 24-hour task window.
• No fraudulent proof, duplicate account, self-referral or Terms violation occurred.
• The refund claim is raised within 30 days after the 6-month period, to info@workersden.com or WhatsApp support.
• Refunds are paid to the original payment source / registered UPI or bank account within a reasonable processing period after verification.

4. Income Streams & Conditions

4.1 Performance Bonus

When a new member is approved, a ₹200 pool is distributed equally among all existing active, non-admin members. Pool amount and distribution rules may be revised by admin with notice on the platform.

4.2 Task Income

• Daily WhatsApp / ad tasks pay ₹10 per approved ad task, plus up to 25% commission on eligible commission-based tasks.
• Each task is live for 24 hours from the time admin publishes it (IST).
• Submissions must include genuine, clear proof of your own activity.
• After 24 hours the task locks and moves to Expired; late submissions are not accepted or paid.
• Admin may approve or reject any submission at sole discretion; rejections state a reason.
• Fake, edited, duplicate or borrowed proofs lead to rejection, suspension and possible wallet forfeiture.

4.3 Referral Income

• ₹200 is credited per successful referral, only after the invited member's payment is approved and their account becomes active.
• Referrals are unlimited and rewards apply for the lifetime of your membership.
• Self-referrals, fake sign-ups, incentivised spam and multi-account abuse are prohibited and reversible.

4.4 Rewards & Gifts

An extra ₹10 reward is credited after every 5 active referrals. Milestone and festival gifts are discretionary and announced by admin.

4.5 Own Online Business

Members may list designs/products through partner storefronts and earn ₹200 per sale, subject to the partner platform's own listing, quality and payout rules.

4.6 Chits Savings Plan

• Contribution of ₹1,000 per month for 12 months with a ₹15,000 return as per plan rules.
• Each participant receives a lucky number used in transparent monthly draws.
• Contributions must be paid on time. Defaulters may lose their slot, draw eligibility and related benefits.
• CHITS is a community savings programme, not a regulated investment or guaranteed-return product.

4.7 Loan Benefit

Eligible members may request an interest-free loan of up to 30% based on their referral standing. Approval, limit, repayment schedule and recovery from wallet earnings are at admin discretion.

5. Wallet & Withdrawals

• Approved earnings credit instantly to your in-app wallet.
• You may withdraw anytime while maintaining a ₹100 minimum balance.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed by admin; on approval the amount is deducted from your wallet and paid via UPI / bank.
• Payout details must belong to the member. Third-party accounts will not be paid.
• Incorrect payment details provided by the member are the member's responsibility.

6. Conduct & Fair Use

• No spam, fake numbers, bots or automation tools.
• No misleading promotion of Workers Den, and no promise of guaranteed income to others.
• No content that is illegal, hateful, sexual or violates third-party rights.
• One account per person; sharing login credentials is prohibited.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Suspended members cannot log in and will see a support message. Balances obtained through fraud may be forfeited, and the Assured Income Offer does not apply to suspended or terminated accounts.

8. Disclaimer of Earnings

Earnings depend on the tasks you complete, referrals you make and admin approval. No fixed daily, monthly or total income is guaranteed. The only assurance offered is the 6-month refund condition in Clause 3.

9. Beta / Testing Notice

The platform currently operates as a Beta Version released for trial, testing and evaluation. Features, balances, rewards and transactions shown during this period are provisional and may be modified, reset or withdrawn without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workers Den is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses arising from third-party platforms, network failures or user error.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
